Isabelle Steichen, CEO & Co-Founder Lupii
After searching for more higher-protein plant-based options, Isabelle Steichen co-founded Lupii. Going back to her roots, Isabelle re-discovered the Lupini bean, is a little legume that has 2x more protein than chickpeas, 3x more protein than eggs, 3x more dietary fiber than rolled oats, jam-packed with vitamins and all 9 essential amino acids. Isabelle started creating products and launched Lupii with a protein bar. However during the lock-down she started experimenting with other product categories to disrupt, Lupii launched their best-selling pasta (yum!).
