Jen Liao, Co-Founder & President MìLà

Growing up as 2nd generation Chinese Americans, Jen Liao co-founded MìLà with her husband (after a career pivot) to connect with their family’s history and serves as a reminder that the Chinese identity is constantly evolving.

After testing soup dumplings at their restaurant and selling them in ziplock bags; their soup dumplings created a following. MìLà launched and quickly caught the attention of Food and Wine, Bon Appetit, and NY Times.
